When
you know you need a database, but you don’t know where to

 During
an initial no-charge consultation, Brice Cohey will work with
you to create a blueprint of what you want your database to do.
We’ll gather samples of the paper forms you use such as data
collection forms, ledger sheets, and reports and we’ll ask you
to create a wish list of tasks you want your database
to perform.
After
this meeting, we’ll draft a proposal, which you’ll receive a
few days later. Once you accept the proposal, we’ll start
developing your database--at your site.
Working
at your site gives us immediate access to the best information
source – you and your staff.
While we’re on site, we can test your database as it is
built, using your data and your equipment.
Once
the database is complete and has been thoroughly tested, we’ll
train you and your staff for up to six hours at no additional
charge.

you know you need to upgrade to a newer version of your software
. . .
 You
might be pretty happy with your existing database but would like
to make the transition to newer software to reap the benefits of
the most recent technology. Whether you want to move from
different software to Access or from an older version of
Microsoft® Access to the most current, Brice Cohey can help.
Often,
there are macros or code in older databases that need to be
rewritten. We’ll
rewrite the code so that your database works the way you are
used to.

as long as you're upgrading, let’s talk about a wish list so
you can take advantage of the advanced features of the your new
software.
